In the next 5 days, a series of mini podcasts will be released for the upcoming challenge called “The Next level”. So today, we will talk about day 1 which is all about mindset and what is holding you back to your next level.
There’s a deep part of our subconscious that judges ourselves or judges other people. And how our subconscious feels into that is basically the internal messaging that we are telling ourselves on a consistent continuous basis.
There are four reasons why we have this kind of mindset today. First is misalignment which happens when you start chasing other people’s dreams instead of yours. Second, our past experiences where we establish our expectations. Third, Avoidance when you are trying to avoid something or avoid a feeling, and lastly, enoughness that happens when you’re not feeling good enough about yourself.
Start to recognize that and constantly think about what things you need to be doing and how you can shift that mindset to take you to the next level or to take you a little bit closer to where you want to get to. It doesn’t always mean financial gain, but the financial gain can help us live a kind of life that we feel comfortable with.
And if we don’t really challenge ourselves with some of these mindsets, to take that shift, or to take the next phase and next thing that needs to happen, then we will stay stagnant. It is really important for us to recognize how we judge ourselves and others so we can lean into more acceptance and be more grateful for what we’ve got with a positive energy behind that.
